It is a social and economic scheme of mutual assistance that helps you just like your family when you are in trouble or when you have a problem hard to solve by yourself. If you are interested in using the service of our pre-need agreement, obtain information available on our website. When you are convinced that the service is useful, apply for user registration. We can send you brochures free of charge. We also organize orientation meetings and consultations. You are welcome to attend them.

A Upon signing the agreement, you receive an “emergency contact card”. Using the phone number on the card, you can contact us anytime 24 hours a day and Liss responds to your need. For instance, when you suddenly get ill or injured and you cannot handle the situation by yourself, Liss acts quickly and efficiently. We can be your guarantor for your hospitalization and be present at your surgery. When you or your family member die(s), we provide support to organize a funeral and to attend other things. In short, Liss acts just like your family.

The application fee of the “pre-need agreement” is 50,000 yen. When you ask Liss System to do a job and when it is done, you have to pay for the service. For example, when our staff visits you at home, you pay for the travel cost as well as per diem allowance. You pay for the purchase if you ask us to buy something for you, for the expenses of the funeral, if it is organized by Liss. As for the payment, 1) You can choose “pay-as-you-go” method, or 2) you can make deposit with “Japan Pre-need Agreement Settlement Organization”, from which the expenses can be deducted.

Liss System does the actual job to support you. Its performance is monitored and validated by the Settlement Organization (NPO Japan Pre-need Agreement Settlement Organization). The organization is also responsible for keeping your money on deposit and to pay on your behalf to Liss System for the services you have received.

Notarized documents are to be made at the time of signing the agreement.
